Floor Sink Baskets

A floor sink basket (also called a strainer basket) prevents blockage and costly repairs to pipes before they occur.  The basket comes in two sizes, fitting standard 6.5" and 8.5" floor sinks.  The basket features four slitted sides and a slitted bottom for maximum water flow and straining capacity.

We suggest using a floor sink basket with your Guardian Drain Lock because of the additional protection it provides your drains and grease trap and because it is much easier to remove debris that is collected in the basket as opposed to debris that collects at the bottom of the floor sink.  The basket comes with a handle for easy insertion and removal.  Simply dump the debris into a trash can.
